Five Rules to Train By

Listening creates reflexes. It is not necessarily the words but the vibration of the command. Balance, keep your weight centered. Posture, not just yours but learning how to read your opponent. Coordination, make your hands and feet become one. Self confidence, I can do this in a matter of time. Knowing you can do it even though you never have before. The IKU Bangladesh Karate Academy will provide a safe and friendly environment for children, young people and adults to learn Karate. The IKU Bangladesh Karate Academy will raise standards of achievement in Karate and education for all its students across the ability range. It will be a regional focus for excellence in the sport of Karate, extending links between its family of clubs, sports bodies and the local community.
